We partner with school districts to provide high-quality speech-language pathology services while offering our clinicians ongoing mentorship, clinical support, and a collaborative team environment. The Opportunity AnthroMed Education is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support an early childhood special education team in Brooklyn Center, MN. This role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with young children and wants to focus exclusively on early childhood students ages 3-5. Key Responsibilities Provide speech-language services to children ages 3-5 as part of an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) team. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers to support student communication and development. Support students in community-based early childhood programs, including GSRP and Head Start settings. Complete evaluations, progress monitoring, documentation, and other required paperwork. Develop and implement individualized speech and language goals based on student needs. Participate as an active member of the early childhood team and contribute to a positive, student-centered environment. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist licensure or eligibility for Minnesota licensure. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience working with preschool or early childhood populations preferred. Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication development in young children. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary ECSE team. Commitment to providing compassionate, student-centered services. Why AnthroMed?
