e2236-55337 Job Description Make an impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with pediatric students in a vibrant school-based setting just outside Burnsville, MN. This full-time, on-site opportunity is perfect for candidates passionate about pediatric speech therapy and eager to support childrens communication skills and academic success. Key qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active SLP license in Minnesota (or ability to obtain) Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills Passion for working with children of diverse backgrounds and needs Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic school environment Core responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students ages 3-21 Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings Deliver services in both group and individual settings as appropriate Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere for all learners Benefits for this opportunity include health and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k) plan, and competitive weekly payall designed to support your professional journey and personal well-being.
