9669734-55337 Job Description Step into a rewarding opportunity serving middle school students as a Speech Language Pathologist in the Minneapolis area. This full-time, contract role begins immediately and extends through the end of the current school year. Make a real difference in the lives of diverse learners, supporting students across both general education and self-contained classroom settings. Your skills will be utilized to provide a wide range of communication services, ranging from mild to moderate, as well as delivering essential support to students with complex needsincluding those who are non-verbal or rely on Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices. Desired Qualifications:
Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CFY) license in Minnesota Experience working in schools and/or pediatric settings preferred Proficiency supporting students who use AAC devices a plus Ability to adapt interventions for a caseload with varied communication needs Strong communication and documentation skills Dedication to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for middle school students Design and implement individualized treatment plans to support students in reaching their IEP goals Collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and related service providers Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Provide training and consultation to staff and caregivers as needed Enjoy comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as the option to participate in a matching 401k program.
