Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY Active state licensure for SLP Experience with school-age children or pediatrics is highly desired Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Ability to adapt therapy plans for diverse student needs Open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates completing their

CFY Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families Maintain accurate records of student progress and intervention outcomes Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams Adapt evidence-based practices to promote student engagement and growth
