Key Qualifications & Experience:
Active Minnesota (MN) SLP License required Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY consideration Pediatric experience, preferably in elementary school settings Familiarity with school-based SLP responsibilities Strong evaluation and documentation skills Ability to lead and contribute to IEP meetings Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Role Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy to elementary students in both small group and individual formats Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students unique needs Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the student support team Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
