Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding educational environment supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. This contract opportunity, located near Cambridge, MN, begins September 8, 2026, and extends through June 7, 2027. Make a real difference with a manageable 28-hour work week spread across four days, leaving you time for work-life balance. Your responsibilities will encompass delivering direct and consultative speech and language services to students, collaborating with teachers and families to develop and monitor IEP goals, conducting assessments and progress reports, and providing intervention that fosters positive student outcomes. You'll work with a dynamic multidisciplinary team, lending your expertise and creativity in service of student success.
Key Qualifications & Certifications:
Minnesota SLP licensure required PELSB credential required Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) Schools-based experience preferred, but not required Ability to thrive in a collaborative, student-centered environment Your day will include assessing and identifying speech and language needs, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, documenting student progress, and participating in IEP meetings as an essential partner in each child's journey.
