This role calls for two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists, as well as one part-time professional, to provide vital services during the school year. Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field Current, active SLP-CCC certification Licensure to practice as an SLP in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain) School-based experience strongly preferred Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech/language disorders Collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to manage caseloads effectively and document progress

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans for students Provide direct intervention services both individually and in small groups Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to align therapy with educational goals Maintain detailed and timely records of student services and progress Participate in IEP meetings to advocate for students' language needs Adapt therapy techniques to diverse learning environments and student backgrounds
