Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current certificate of clinical competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Active state licensure for practicing in educational settings Experience delivering speech therapy in schools strongly preferred Confidence using teletherapy platforms and integrating technology into treatment Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families Commitment to collaboration and individualized care planning

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students of varying ages Develop and implement targeted intervention plans tailored to students unique needs Deliver therapy services in-person and through teletherapy as appropriate Accurately document progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and state requirements Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure cohesive support Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere
