Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a vital role supporting students throughout the 2026-2027 school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting near Crosby, MN. This full-time opportunity offers the flexibility to work onsite or in a hybrid capacity, with placements tailored to both school needs and your professional preferences. SLPs will work across K-12 grades, providing essential services to help students reach their communication goals. Your experience, whether you hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY), will be valued and well-utilized in a supportive educational environment. A diverse caseload and collaborative team atmosphere will allow you to make a direct impact through the school year, beginning September 8th.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) SLP-CCC or eligibility for CFY supervision School-based SLP experience preferred, but all levels considered Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to work comfortably with K-12 students in both individual and group settings
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evaluations, develop IEPs, and provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success Maintain timely and thorough progress records and documentation Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to support IEP development Flexibility to provide services onsite or in a hybrid format as needed Benefit from a flexible placement process that takes your preferences into account and gives you the chance to work with a range of age groups and student needs.
