Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Prior experience in educational or school-based settings strongly preferred Proficiency delivering teletherapy and in-person services Effective communication, organization, and teamwork skills Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based practice

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and set measurable goals Provide both direct and consultative speech-language therapy in-person and via teletherapy according to student needs Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to integrate therapy into academic programming Monitor progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district and legal standards Participate in team meetings and support staff training as needed Enjoy a role where your clinical skills are valued and your work shapes brighter futures.
