9656318-55347 Job Description Make a meaningful difference in students' lives by providing high-quality speech-language services to a small group of 5th and 6th graders. This role is perfect for an energetic and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist with experience or a strong interest in working within school settings. The caseload consists of three students with Speech-Language Impairments and one with articulation needs, allowing you to deliver focused attention and develop individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students on your caseload Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams and families Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services provided Regularly monitor and report student progress, making data-driven adjustments to therapy Contribute expertise during multidisciplinary team meetings and parent conferences
Desired Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the state of Minnesota CCC-SLP or CFY candidates considered Experience with pediatric populations, specifically school-based settings, is strongly preferred Sound knowledge of best practices for working with students with speech-language impairments and articulation needs Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
