Job Description
Kids Abilities is a pediatric clinic that offers Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies. We believe in helping children grow to meet their full potential and we strive to go the extra mile for our children and their families.
Candidates will be expected to:
- Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations as necessary. Make appropriate recommendations for therapy frequency and intensity
- Complete all documentation, including initial evaluation reports, progress reports, daily therapy notes and discharge reports.
- Share results of evaluation and re-assessment plans with parents.
- Communicate and collaborate with a team of professionals including the Physical and Occupational Therapists and school to generalize skills across environments.
Educations:
- Masters, or Doctorate degree
Speech Language Pathology Certification & Licensure:
- Licensed with the Minnesota Department of Health
- Required membership in professional organization American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and recommended membership in state organization Minnesota Speech and Hearing Association (MSHA)
Experience:
- CFY & above, prefer 1 year or more experience Salary is dependent on qualifications.
