Qualifications:

Active MN Speech-Language Pathologist License Completion of or eligibility for SLP-CCC or CFY Experience or interest in serving elementary and early middle school students Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Ability to adapt interventions to meet varied needs and IEP goals

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech/language therapy to assigned students in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Assess, document, and monitor progress, adjusting interventions as necessary Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning Maintain compliance with school and state requirements This contract features a flexible weekly schedule, offering 3-4 hours per week and the ability to determine which days you work.
