Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP license in Minnesota Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfort working with younger students (PreK-6th Grade) Flexible and adaptable in a small district environment

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to PreK-6th graders Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary team Document progress and adjust treatment as needed Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students Support the school community through expertise in speech and language development
