Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible licensure as an SLP in the state of Minnesota Previous experience working in an educational or pediatric setting Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and student needs Passion for supporting childrens communication development
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to implement and monitor progress on IEP goals Provide both direct and consultative services across PreK-6th grade classrooms Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to school guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team conferences, and ongoing staff collaboration Foster a positive and encouraging environment that celebrates student growth This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in smaller educational settings and enjoy the opportunity to build lasting relationships with students and staff.
