Qualifications:

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required Current, active Minnesota state SLP license Experience in schools strongly preferred Flexibility to adapt to new buildings and assignments as needs shift Strong communication and organization skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language services to elementary students Provide maternity leave coverage, then transition as a floating SLP for additional building leaves Administer compensatory services to ensure students receive support missed due to uncovered leaves Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for best student outcomes Maintain up-to-date documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
