Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state license to practice as an SLP Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred Knowledge of IEP procedures and school-based documentation requirements Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic practices Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support each child's unique goals Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Provide consultation and recommendations to classroom teams Maintain accurate session notes and compliance with all applicable guidelines
