About the Position We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, therapy, and consultation services for students in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students communication development, academic success, and overall educational experience. Job Duties Evaluate students to identify speech, language, communication, and related needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across assigned grade levels Complete assessments, evaluations, progress reports, and required documentation Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers Provide evidence-based interventions targeting articulation, language development, fluency, social communication, and other areas of need Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements Collaborate with educational teams to ensure students receive appropriate services and accommodations Support an inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth and independence Requirements Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license through the Minnesota Board of Social Work? No Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board, or eligibility to obtain licensure Valid Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) Speech-Language Pathologist license/credential required for school-based practice Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or completion of required Clinical Fellowship requirements Completion of required supervised clinical experience Knowledge of
