A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

About the Position AnthroMed Education is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Rochester, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. We welcome clinicians at all experience levels, including Clinical Fellows, who are seeking a supportive school environment, strong mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. In this role, you'll support students with a variety of communication needs while collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Whether you're an experienced school-based clinician or preparing for your Clinical Fellowship year, you'll receive ongoing support and resources to help you succeed. Speech-Language Pathologist Support & Community Ongoing 1:1 clinical support from our SLP Clinical Support team. Bi-weekly SLP team meetings focused on collaboration, mentorship, and problem-solving. Therapy materials stipend. Access to a 600+ therapy resource database. 100% reimbursement for ASHA dues and Minnesota licensure fees. Free school-based CEUs through AnthroMed Education, an ASHA CE Approved Provider. Access to a welcoming community of school-based therapists. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure PELSB Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Passion for supporting student success and educational outcomes. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual salary of $65,000-$75,000, based on experience.
