A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

A hospital located in St. Cloud, MN is currently seeking multiple Speech Language Pathologist to join their team full or part time!Check out the details below:

Permanent /Direct Hire Setting:
Inpatient Rehab Location:
St.Cloud, MN Schedule:
Part time & full time schedules available, Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm. Every 4th or 5th weekend & rotating holidaysPay:
$77,563.20- $116,334.40 depending on years of experience, plus up to a $5,000 hiring bonus & $5,000 relocation bonus for qualifying candidates! The Speech Language Pathologist duties to include but not limited to:
- Prevent, assess, alleviate or correct communication, swallowing or other speech related disorders
- Responsible for evaluating patient needs, conducting diagnostic tests/procedures, establishing treatment plans and providing treatments/services accordingly
- Responsible for independent therapist functions and delegated therapies which may be performed in collaboration with other health care team members
- Develop and implement specialized treatment programs as appropriate to meet patient needs
REQUIREMENTS
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited university required
- Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Current State of Minnesota Registration (to include a CFY Temporary License from the State of Minnesota required)
- BLS & Certificate of Clinical Competencies (CCCs) from ASHA br>
- Must have prior experience
