Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) seeking part-time work in educational settings within the Saint Paul, MN area. The position offers 2 to 2 ½ days per week, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade in public school environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic services to approximately 12 students on caseload encompassing K-8th or K-12th grade buildings. Conduct speech and language evaluations to support student needs. Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports. Support and possibly assist in teletherapy sessions when necessary. Handle pediatric caseload within school and potentially healthcare contexts.
Desired Qualifications:
Certification in Speech-Language Pathology, with completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred. Experience with pediatric populations in school and healthcare settings. Familiarity with teletherapy delivery methods. Ability to conduct thorough evaluations and provide intervention. Flexibility to work part-time (2 to 2 ½ days per week). Willingness to consider qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs). Strong communication and collaboration skills.
