Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Per Diem/PRN Available Aspire Senior Living Roaring River Competitive Therapy Wages! Join our team at Aspire Senior Living Roaring River, where we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of everyone we touch! We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team on a per diem/PRN basis. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center is located in Cassville, MO, and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents to receive the highest quality personal care services.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language pathology services to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation Establish and maintain a caseload of residents with communication disorders, swallowing difficulties, and cognitive impairments Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized plans of care Conduct therapy sessions in a variety of settings, including individual and group settings Document resident progress and communicate with family members and healthcare team members
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of Missouri Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
