As a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) , you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing high-quality speech-language pathology services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:
Assess and develop treatment plans for residents with speech, language, and cognitive disorders Implement and modify evidence-based therapies to meet individual resident needs Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care Document resident progress and maintain accurate records Participate in staff training and education to enhance knowledge and skills Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Possesses current licensure and certification to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
