Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a positive impact on students' lives through your passion for speech-language pathology. Utilize your expertise to support elementary, middle, and high school learners as a valued contract SLP. This opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with dedicated educators, tailor individualized treatment programs, and see measurable social and academic growth in the young people you serve.
Preferred qualifications:
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellowship applicants will be considered Experience working with elementary, middle, or high school students Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to design and implement IEP-driven interventions Comfortable providing both group and individual therapy Familiarity with documentation and progress monitoring processes within educational settings Key responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students experiencing speech, language, or communication challenges Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other specialists to promote student success Document services, maintain progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings Adapt interventions to meet diverse learning styles and student needs Provide support and resources to families and staff regarding communication development Enjoy the variety and professional growth that comes with working in different school environments.
