Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year, located in Chesterfield, MO. This position offers the chance to work in an engaging school environment, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellow SLPs are encouraged to apply, providing a great platform for professional growth and hands-on experience.
Key qualifications and experience desired:
Licensed or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist with a focus on school-based therapy Clinical Fellow SLPs warmly welcomed to apply and develop skills through direct caseload management Comfort and ability to work in-person within school settings Experience with K-12 caseloads preferred but not required Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, educators, and families Flexibility to work across two school buildings
Location:
Chesterfield, MO Responsibilities include: Providing in-person speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels Carrying a caseload of students with diverse communication needs Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reporting aligned with school standards Participating in school activities and meetings as needed to support student progress This role is part-time with approximately 32.5 hours per week and offers stable contract employment for the entire academic year.
