Qualifications:

Valid Missouri SLP license required Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred, but those eager to begin their school SLP journey are welcome Accepting Clinical Fellows (CFY) as well as SLPs with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Open to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) with appropriate school-based experience

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication and language disorders Deliver evidence-based interventions in both individual and group settings Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to track student progress and support academic success Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state policies Participate in the IEP process, contributing essential insights and recommendations Provide supervision and mentorship if qualified and as needed
