Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state SLP license (or eligibility) CCC-SLP preferred (new graduates welcome) Experience in a school setting, preferably elementary Knowledge of or interest in AAC devices Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for elementary students with limited communication skills Implement individualized intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and education professionals Support students' development through innovative AAC strategies Maintain required records and documentation
