• Rehab needed asap Effectively screens/evaluates/rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive or swallowing disorders and develops appropriate plan of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards. 1 year of SLP experience

• REQUIRED

  New Grads OKAY
• as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience LTC or SNF experience
• Required MO State License
• Required CCC certified SLP
• Required 3 years experience holding active CCS-preferred Will accept one Reference at time of submission Must be submitted at the posted rate, if requested rate is higher candidate will be redirected
