As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) , you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by implementing effective speech-language pathology treatments and therapies. Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify speech-language and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified deficits Provide speech-language therapy sessions to residents, including articulation, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each resident Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and treatment plans Maintain standards of professional practice and adhere to facility policies and procedures
