Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (1099 Contractor) St. Charles County, MO Daytime hours primarily $70/hour Opportunity to Grow Caseload Word Play Speech Therapy is looking for a neuro-affirming, experienced and passionate speech-language pathologist to join our team as an independent contractor. We provide play-based, child-led, neurodiversity-affirming speech and language services in St. Charles county. What sets Word Play apart? We believe great therapy starts with supported clinicians. Licensed in Missouri (Not accepting CFYs due to 1099 position) Pediatric experience required Strong understanding of or training in Gestalt Language Processing (GLP) Comfortable working independently in homesWhat We Offer:

What is 1099 Contracting? As a 1099 independent contractor, you are responsible for managing your own taxes, benefits, insurance, and work schedule. You will invoice for your services and are paid directly, without taxes withheld. This role offers flexibility and autonomy, but it also requires self-management, organization and accountability.
