Mosaic Life Care provides Inpatient Rehabilitation/Post-Acute Care in St. Joseph, MO. Therapy plays a very important role in recovery from a life-altering injury or illness. We offer a hospital-based physical rehabilitation program for the treatment of those who have experienced a debilitating injury or illness. Our Unit is a very fast-paced yet fun environment with endless opportunities to learn and grow! Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities. What you will do in this role: Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities. Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals. Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately. Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Education:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Experience:

Experience in acute or rehab setting preferred.

License:

Current SLP license and ASHA certification.

Certifications:
