Position Type:

Independent Contractor (1099) Little Sparks Speech Therapy is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in North St. Louis County. This position can be structured as full-time or part-time , making it a great fit for an SLP looking for a consistent school placement with flexibility in their schedule. What You'll Do This is a comprehensive school-based SLP role that may include: Providing individual and small-group speech and language therapy Managing a designated caseload Completing evaluations and diagnostic testing Writing evaluation reports and IEP documentation Developing and updating IEP goals Participating in IEP and eligibility meetings Progress monitoring and documentation Collaborating with teachers, families, and other members of the educational team Completing related indirect and case management responsibilities Your caseload and schedule will be based on the number of days you are available to work. Compensation & Schedule $70/hour Same hourly rate for direct AND indirect time Paid onboarding Full-time or part-time options available School-day schedule 1099 independent contractor position Consistent school-based placement We believe your professional time has value beyond face-to-face therapy. Documentation, evaluations, meetings, case management, collaboration, and other approved indirect responsibilities related to your assignment are compensated at your full $70/hour rate . What We're Looking For Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Missouri SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) School-based experience preferred Comfortable with evaluations, IEPs, case management, and therapy Reliable, communicative, and able to collaborate with school teams About Little Sparks Little Sparks Speech Therapy is a small, SLP-owned company specializing in school-based therapy services.
