School-based Opportunities 2864 South Nettleton Avenue, Springfield, MO 65807 Up to $50 an hour Up to $50 an hour Join Our Team as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Competitive pay up to $50 per hour based upon experience. W-2 position. $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires! Every school visit, every breakthrough moment, every connection you build helps a child gain confidence, independence, and the communication tools they need to shine. What You'll Do Provide assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders Deliver services on-site in schools, building relationships with students, teachers, and the educational team Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals Support and supervise SLP-A Utilize evidence-based techniques to create measurable progress Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the Missouri DESE qualification standard Continue growing through professional development Be available on-site two days per week What You Bring Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Missouri SLP license ASHA CCCs Experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of communication disorders Commitment to student-centered, school-based intervention Passion for making a difference through connection, compassion, and communication What We Offer Competitive Pay up to $50/hour Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (available Day 1!)
