Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Active SLP or SLPA licensure in the state (or eligibility to obtain) Experience delivering speech and language services in a school setting (K-8 preferred) Strong understanding of IEP development, therapy implementation, and progress monitoring Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills Ability and willingness to work across more than one site and provide services remotely if needed Flexibility to adapt in dynamic, supportive school environments (military base experience a plus)
What You'll Do:
Provide speech and language therapy to K-8 students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, families, and other professionals Support students with a variety of communication challenges, helping them reach their academic and social potential Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a team-oriented approach to student success May include travel to multiple schools/sites or delivery of services via teletherapy platforms This role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of military-linked students while enjoying the unique setting of a military base environment.
