Phelps Health Outpatient Therapy Services located in Waynesville Mo, is a full-service rehabilitation center for pediatric patients, adolescents and adults, including physical, occupational and speech therapy. We serve Waynesville and the surrounding communities in south-central Missouri. Bioness•Award-winning medical devices designed to benefit people with stroke, Multiple sclerosis (MS), traumatic brain injury (TBI), cerebral palsy and spinal cord injury. Our Unit is a very fast-paced yet fun environment with endless opportunities to learn and grow! What we're looking for: We are looking for a dynamic Speech Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping others and is a team player! What will you do in this role: Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family. Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress. Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services. Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.Qualifications:
Master's Degree inSpeech Language Pathology Required Licenses:
Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure withState Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology Certifications:
