The Staff Speech Pathologist provides quality evaluations and treatments for patients with communication and/or dysphagia disorders across all ages, under physician prescriptions. Identify, assess, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Manage programs related to communication disorders and counsel patients, families, and caregivers. Perform staff training and assist with documentation, discharge planning, and departmental operations. Qualifications include a Master's or Doctoral degree, current Speech Language Pathology License, and ASHA certification; experience preferred.
