Caseloads are thoughtfully assigned based on your experience and preferences, spanning K12 and including a range from moderate to profound student needs. Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active ASHA CCC-SLP or eligibility for clinical fellowship State licensure (or ability to obtain before start date) Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations, especially in early childhood and elementary settings Strong collaboration and communication skills with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams Commitment to culturally responsive, student-centric practices
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic evaluations, screenings, and assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students with diverse needs and abilities Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough records for compliance Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and report outcomes to stakeholders Educate and collaborate with classroom teachers and families for carryover of skills
