Serving a diverse K12 student population, this full-time contract opportunity allows you to work with caseloads tailored to your experience and interestsfrom moderate to profound needs. Youll collaborate with dedicated school staff and contribute your expertise in pediatric and early childhood speech-language services. What youll bring:
Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Experience with pediatric populations, including early childhood and elementary students Knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs) and school-based service delivery Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads based on student needs and your preference Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practice Your key responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely records, documentation, and progress reports Provide consultation and resources to school staff and families Enjoy industry-leading support and rewards, including competitive weekly payranging from $40 to $60 an hourcomprehensive healthcare benefits, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.
