e3197-39208 Job Description Step into a dynamic educational environment as a Speech Language Pathologist working with pediatric students. This full-time, on-site position offers the exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children from diverse backgrounds. Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology required Must hold a current Mississippi State license as a Speech Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility required Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families Deliver evidence-based therapy, both individually and in groups, to address students unique challenges Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy progress, and communication with staff and families Contribute actively to IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations for student progress Foster a positive, patient, and supportive environment that encourages each childs growth and achievement
