What We're Looking For:
Currently in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for Speech-Language Pathology Completion of a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Eligibility for state licensure to practice speech therapy Passion for working with diverse student populations and collaborating with educational staff Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Commitment to full-time, on-site work
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among school-aged children Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions and interventions to students in individual and group settings Maintain accurate student records and document progress toward IEP goals Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development activities Benefit from regular supervision and mentorship throughout your CFY journey
