Responsibilities Perform comprehensive pediatric speech-language evaluations. Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care. Provide skilled speech-language therapy for infants, children, and adolescents with communication, language, articulation, fluency, voice, feeding, and swallowing disorders. Educate and empower families through home programs and caregiver coaching. Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, physicians, schools, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care. Complete timely documentation in accordance with clinic, payer, and regulatory requirements. Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Mississippi Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility for licensure). Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply. Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Passion for working with children and families. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
