Desired Qualifications:

Valid certification as Speech/Language Clinician (215) or Speech Associate (216) Eligible for speech-language pathologist licensure/certification within the states education system Ability to perform comprehensive screenings and assessments (speech, language, hearing) Diagnostic and treatment planning experience Skilled in IEP development, reviews, and progress monitoring Collaborative approach with teachers, families, and supporting agencies Able to travel between work locations as required Physically capable of moving through school environments and lifting up to 20 pounds

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver interventions for students with communication disorders (speech, language, social, cognitive) Conduct screenings and assessments for speech and hearing Develop individualized IEP goals aligned with all regulations Implement therapy and maintain accurate, timely documentation Participate in annual IEP reviews, biweekly progress checks, and all relevant student meetings Collaborate with families, educators, and external partners Educate staff on speech and language support strategies
