A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description

Mosaic Health and Rehab is a therapist owned, local outpatient private practice located in Belgrade, Montana. Belgrade has been one of the fastest growing cities for over 10 years. Belgrade is only 6 miles outside of Bozeman, but offers a smaller community feel. We've been part of this community for over 15 years, growing from 4 to 16 employees. Our practice is patient/family centered and results orientated. We focus on consistent care plans, set treatment times, patient goals and communication. Our therapists and staff are part of the MOSAIC family, they take pride in their profession, and continue to look for growth opportunities to help the community they serve. We are unique in that we offer physical, occupational and speech therapy services to clients of all ages. We are looking for an amazing speech therapist to join our team. The therapist must be motivated self- starter, independent thinker, coachable and eager to learn in a team setting. We are willing to train and grow all experience levels but prior pediatric experience is preferred due to the wide range of needs. The position is available with a range from 25-40 hours with great benefits, during normal office hours Monday through Friday. We do have flexibility to work with schedules and hours as needed.
