What You'll Bring:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state license or eligibility to practice as an

SLP ASHA

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Demonstrated experience or passion for working with children in school-based or pediatric settings Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students, supporting both individual and group needs within the school Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders, track student progress, and adjust interventions as needed Educate and consult with teachers, families, and staff to foster a positive learning environment and facilitate carryover of strategies Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the school community
