This position plans and implements advanced, individualized treatment programs for high-acuity and medically complex patients according to the principles of Speech/Language Pathology. Care is rendered independently in a safe and effective manner that is consistent with scope of practice and Logan Health policies and procedures. Why You'll Love This Role Work with complex, high-acuity patient populations Practice with advanced instrumentation and specialty procedures Be a clinical leader and mentor within a supportive team Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and program development What You'll Do Develop and implement advanced, individualized treatment plans for medically complex patients Perform comprehensive evaluations across physical, cognitive, and communication domains Utilize instrumental assessments and specialty techniques (based on certification and experience) Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans using clinical judgment and evidence-based practices Serve as a mentor and clinical resource for team members Lead and participate in interdisciplinary care coordination, especially for complex cases Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements What You'll Bring Current Montana Speech Language Pathology license Minimum 5 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist Advanced certification in one of the following:
BCS-S FEES
