Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Previous experience in a school setting and with K-12 caseloads strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and excellent written/verbal communication Confidence overseeing and supporting

SLPAs Key Responsibilities:

Manage, develop, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students Supervise and provide guidance to two SLPAs, ensuring best practices and quality of services Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and track student progress Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and school staff to coordinate support Collaborate with the special education team to facilitate student growth and achievement
