Qualifications:
Active or pending licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC, CF, or SLPA) in North Carolina Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders in children Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Collaborative approach and a passion for supporting diverse student needs Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and direct intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders Maintain thorough documentation and individualized education plan (IEP) tracking Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to foster student success Deliver therapy services in-person at an elementary school, with hybrid models also considered Contribute actively to IEP meetings and educational planning
