Trinity Rehab Trinity Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Asheville, NC. This role offers a flexible opportunity to provide services in both skilled nursing (SNF) and outpatient (PRN) settings while making a meaningful impact on patients' quality of life. Position Overview The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders across a diverse patient population. This role focuses on helping patients improve their speech, language, cognitive-communication, social communication, and swallowing abilities to maximize independence and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy services in SNF and outpatient settings as needed Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care Why Join Trinity Rehab?
