Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current and valid SLP license in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience in school settings or working with children preferred Strong communication and organization skills Ability to adapt to different caseloads and thrive in an onsite educational setting

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapy services and support students communication needs Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student progress Maintain accurate documentation and report student progress Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and offer expertise as part of the special education team
