Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP license or eligibility to obtain in North Carolina Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs are also encouraged to apply Experience working with school-aged children in either a K-12 or K-5 setting Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills Ability to create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive therapy environment

Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech and language disorders Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to develop and implement IEPs Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments to monitor student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required by district and state guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to developing intervention strategies Deliver individualized and group therapies tailored to each students needs
